My first time at this Dental Office was 3/11/25 and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome. Doctor Shakeel was very friendly, warm and professional. And Jasmin who did my cleaning and she was very good at what she did. I recommend this this office to everyone looking for a new Dentist.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Walter’s, April and Amy. They were so patient with me as I was already suffering from a crown that popped off from only being placed 4 months prior from Aspire Dental in San Juan Capistrano whom they treated me like garbage! They were very uncommunicative, scolded me from moving when the dental assistant was choking me with the suction machine and over charging for services that were covered by insurance. They were rough on me when they were cementing my crown in place by holding their hand and pulling my head back like a dog for what seemed like 5-10 minutes. The worst part of all is that they said my tooth matched and it obviously does not! It’s traumatic for me because it’s my front tooth where it’s clearly seen by everyone and I refuse to smile as I am so embarrassed by it. I felt awful when I first met the receptionist at the Menifee Lakes because I was rude to her for no fault to her own, as I assumed that this place would be the same as Aspire Dental. I was wrong and apologized to the staff as they were above my expectations and kind. Not only were they upfront and talked to me like a person and actually cared about my previous experience and did everything in their power to correct what the previous dentist did. They said they could even make a new crown that would match in their office within 2 hours compared to the 14 days at Aspire!!! Needless to say, even though this office is over an hour away compared to the one that’s 15 minutes away who was just money focused. I will definitely be going back and getting my regular dental care and my front tooth color matched. I highly recommend this dentist office if anyone is on the fence!

I have been to many dentists in my life (Im in my 60’s) and this office is phenomenal. Dr. Poulsen is a genuinely caring human. His staff goes above and beyond. A Huge THANK YOU to Dr. Kyle Poulsen, Amy, Bre, Atalie, Cindy, April, Anthony, Lauren & Yuri. Your care and attention to detail is like nothing I’ve ever known from a Dental team -and in every area of your office. :) And for THEE Best cleaning ever, ask for Anthony!
